and feel our heartbeat
we sink into the unspoken
each breath we take is HERE
there is no path back to a home
as we have arrived to THIS
what is there to remember?

stay here
feel the ground
where the earth touches your life
in thought look at the sky
as if being the sky
...feel the rays of the Sun
embrace you with warmth
look downward
see the mystery of unity
