10 Points to Remember from Peter

1. I am a clearing, an infinite zero point...
through which the universe moves
in all its complexity.
2. There is no center to my existence...
just infinite space... that is inseparable from manifestation.
3. There is no seer or perceiver. When I see, I look out from nothing.
4. I am nowhere. There are just forms and appearances.
5. The universe moves in me and through me as I move through it.
6. There is no boundary between me and the World. There is no inside and outside, no place where I stop and others begin.
7. Other people are manifestations in the field of awareness in essence no different from my own body.
8. When people talk to me, it is really no different than talking to myself in a different voice.
9. When people display strong emotions, I can feel these happening in the body of my universe.
10. When I am in a group of people my mind expands and more is happening.
~By Peter

the winter is calm

You asked, “what do we do when it is cold?”
And I said, “my darling, we send out gentle thoughts of love that will lightly touch the heart of all beings. Then, when the snow flakes fall and melt, they will be warm and evaporate into ever higher and deeper love.

place

“One day I just stopped telling myself all the things I’d been telling myself and I stopped needing to know all the things I’d been needing to know, and I just actually started paying attention to things as they seemed to be in their own voices.
And you know to begin with everything went completely dark and everything seemed to disappear and I was in a very narrow place, and in that narrow place I found myself on solid ground, and from that narrow place I could take a step into something I could actually call my own life.”
David Whyte paraphrasing Dante, “Midlife and the Great Unknown”

Yoga and the Chakras

1. Muladhara Chakra:
"When our hamstrings are tight, the contraction creates a sense that we're constantly prepared to run away. As Anne slowly stretched the backs of her legs in Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend) and Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Pose), she received some of the gifts of the first chakra: calmness, patience, and a willingness to slow down and stay in one place. As she strengthened her quadriceps and opened her hamstrings, she renewed her confidence and commitment to the next steps on her life's journey. Her fears eased as she allowed herself to trust the earth and her body.
We ended our session with peaceful restorative poses, like Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose), Salamba Savasana (Supported Corpse Pose), and Salamba Balasana (Supported Child's Pose), all of which settle an overactive mind and encourage us to surrender to gravity. By the end of our session, she no longer felt so worried. At home in her body, she was more prepared for the challenges she faced."

Svadhistana
"Second chakra asanas help us with adaptability and receptivity. The leg position in Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose), forward bending with the legs in the first stage of Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (Pigeon Pose), Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose), Upavistha Konasana (Open Angle Pose), and other hip and groin openers all provide freedome of movement in the pelvis. These hip and groin openers should never be forced, for they require the subtle feminine tough of sensitivity and surrender."

Anahata
Asanas that enliven the heart chakra include passive chest openers in which we arch gently over a blanket or bolster, shoulder stretches such as the arm positions of Gomukhasana and Garudasana (Eagle Pose), and backbends. Being an even-numbered, feminine chakra, the heart center naturally yearns to release and let go. Doing backbends develops the trust and surrender we need to open the heart fully.

Vishuddha
"Deficient energy in this chakra leads to neck stiffness, shoulder tension, teeth grinding, jaw disorders, throat ailments, an underactive thyroid, and a fear of speaking. Excessive talking, an inability to listen, hearing difficulties, stuttering, and an overactive thyroid are all related to excessiveness in this chakra. Depending on the ailments, different neck stretches and shoulder openers, including Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand), and Halasana (Plow Pose), can aid the fifth chakra"
http://www.yogajournal.com/basics/898?page=6

AnjaAs
"I occasionally like to work with this chakra by having my students wear blindfolds during an entire class. Temporarily deprived of sight, which provides such a huge percentage of our sensory input, students have a very fresh experience of yoga. They can't be distracted by the room, by other students, or by looking critically at their own bodies. Instead, they experience pratyahara, the drawing inward of the senses. After these classes, students have shared with me profound insights about their bodies and lives that came up because their vision was directed more deeply inside themselves. Another yogic approach to supporting the health of the Ajna Chakra is to do supported forward bends, adding an extra bolster or blanket to press upon and stimulate the third eye area. Also, creating positive images and visualizations is a practice that helps create a healthy sixth chakra. Such affirmative visions act as natural magnets, drawing the imagined situation into your life."

what kind of human being do you want to be?

Nothing can be forced but what we need to understand is that in this entire universe - nothing can be buried, nothing can be hidden as the Supreme awareness knows it all and is with you and all of us at all times. So, what kind of human being and leader do you want to be?
Will we become more benevolent one day?
Right now... in me... there is deep peace! May the leaders of the World learn to love their people, and all beings, not just of their own country. May we truly evolve soon!

Basic Winter Practices

Ayurveda:
"The earth is relieved of its heat... sour, salty and sweet taste ), which cause unctuousness in the body grow,, as a result, human beings also progressively grow in strength (Sharaka Samhita)."
Yoga: -stronger and more challenging yoga asanas can be introduced during this time, as it is a greater time to advance and harness increased strength that comes with this time of the year.
Rest and relax: as this is the time to slow down, sit on the couch and read a good book, contemplate, journal, and meditate. Soak up the quiet time and retreat within. Make sure that the room you sleep in is not cold or drafty. Just like the black bear, hibernate and rejuvenate.
Wear warm clothe that protect from the cold and wind and cover your head and ears to maintain body heat. Do not go out with oily hair as this makes cools the head further down and attracts a cold.
General winter spices are: anise, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, cumin, fennel, ginger, nutmeg, saffron. Ayurveda likes to use some dairy. Remember a glass of milk in India is rather small. For those who need dairy, you can add spices like ginger and cinnamon to it to make them easier digestible. Make sure the milk is taken from "organically" raised cows who did not suffer in any way because of our dairy consumption as that suffering will be in the milk and will manifest in the body.

Sleep; Go to bed early and sleep a bit longer. Do not oversleep as then stagnancy sets in and it is harder to get up. Rise between 5 and 6.20am and sleep between 10 and 11pm at night.
Do overall favor... sweet, salty, and sour tastes in moderation though.
Enjoy unctuous, heavier and more nourishing meals. like vegetable stews etc.

Seasonal local meals should be warm cooked, with more grains and root vegetables. Warm cooked fruits is another nice way to keep your digestion at ease. Add pepper and long pepper to your foods to make sure that the digestive fire is burning right and not too much weight is gained. Remember, dietary needs are different in Hawaii in Winter (which is more humid) than in lets say Northern Europe or Alaska.

Any urge for raw foods and salads is best to be satisfied during noon time. Vata people may have more trouble digesting those during the Winter season. So watch yourself carefully.

Favor more indoor activities. This is the time to gain cardiovascular and muscle strength. Do some weight training. It is the perfect time to join a health club, powerful hatha yoga school, or dust off your treadmill.

Sun salutations and longer holds of the standing positions are ideal and recommended in traditional hatha yoga, as the heavier qualities are more prevalent during this time of the year, we need to build up our inner heat.

Oil the ears, nose, head and feet regularly with sesame oil in winter as we get to dry up easier. Do not forget the legs as they tend to become itchier during the winter from the dry cold air. Flushing the teeth with sesame oil is another good way to keep the gums healthy.
Other Daily Inspirations: (Dinacharya) could be the following:
1. Morning warm oil self-massage.... sneha... self massage. Don't have oil on your head and go outside into the cold.
2. Take a short hot shower but do not wash the oil totally off.
3. Ashvaganda/Bala oil, Sesame oil, and Mahanayana Oil
4. Strengthening herbs are Ashvaganda between 3 and 4 with Tulsi Tea
5. Chayanvanprash, fortifying jam is great for those who get Winter colds.
A natural inner pull inwards maybe there manifesting in an urge to meditate more - just follow that urge.
Maintain your balance through observing an occasional technology fast by staying away from cell phone, computer for 2 days a week to make sure we do not get out of touch with the regenerative and rejuvenating flow of the season.

--------------------
"By broadening the river of life we expand our capacity to experience pleasure and pain without getting so involved in it. We can expand who we are so that problems can arise such as frustrations, fears, anxiety, what we call negative feelings and emotions and allow them to be there without making a big deal about it. We let them move through knowing that they will move through. Similarly, we also can allow ourselves to experiences more refined and even intense and sublime forms of pleasure without getting concerned about attachment. One way to begin to broaden the river of life, is by saying YES to whatever it is what is arising so we do not resist our pains and our pleasures. We welcome whatever is arising because it is simply happening. We simply say,"YES, I accept this, I welcome this, whatever it is". We welcome whatever is arising because it is happening at this moment." by Peter

BREATHING EXERCISE

A Breathing Exercise from Robert S.
BREATHING EXERCISE - for developing awareness of and cleansing the subtle channels...

The subtle channels called the 2 NADIS and central channel (Shushumna) begin about 4 finger widths below the navel. The right or RED channel, representative of the female energy (i.e. menstrual blood) starts here, moves at a distance of one "tsun" from the right side of the spine (neither to the front or back, but deep within). It passes through the neck, over the brain, but underneath the skull bones, drops down from the right side of the central fontanelle, ending at the outside tip of the right nostril. The WHITE channel, representative of male energy (i.e. semen) mirrors the RED channel pathway on the left side. Although these two channels wrap and bind the central channel at various points to form what we call the chakras, in this exercise we visualize them as straight, tinted, but transparent hollow tubes, the thickness of our little finger. The Central (also called spiritual, neither male, nor female) channel is visualized as a straight tube that is two little finger widths in diameter. It is often visualized as of a yellow tint, but in this exercise we see it as a transparent blue tube that starts 4 finger widths below the navel and goes up through the body anteriorly to the spine. It goes through the neck and head to the central fontanelle point where it makes a tight turn downwards to the area of the "third eye" and hooks inwards (or posteriorly) towards the pineal gland.

As mentioned, the RED and WHITE channels are wrapped around the Central Channel forming constrictive knot, known as chakras. The purpose of Tantric practice is to release the pressure of these outer channels so that energy moves freely through the Central Channel. The number of chakras there are varies in accordance with the mastery of the adept. As one becomes more aware of subtleties, the number of chakras can be as many as 9.

The practice:
1. Visualize that the beginning of the WHITE channel inserts into the beginning of the RED channel below the navel. (The RED tube opening is seen as larger and capable of accepting the smaller WHITE tube end.)

2. Block your right nostril with your right index finger and inhale through your left nostril. Imagine that the air you are breathing in to your left nostril is pure and fresh and that this pure and fresh air is being carried through the WHITE channel to where the WHITE channel is inserted into the RED channel below the navel.

3. At the point where you are visualizing that the pure, fresh air is at the beginning of the RED, let go of the right nostril and with your left index finger, block the left nostril. As you exhale, visualize that the pure, fresh air is pushing out what is unclean, contaminated, polluted, like wind that blows away dust. Especially see that as you breathe out you are releasing the defilement or poison of ATTACHMENT or clinging. These negativities are seen as smoke leaving the right nostril.

4. Repeat this two more times. After this, allow yourself to breathe through both nostrils and visualize the right, RED, channel as being luminous and purified of all negativities.

5. Now repeat 1 through 4 for the cleansing of the WHITE channel. See the RED channel end fitting inside the end of the WHITE tube end. Start with blocking the left nostril. As the fresh, pure air goes from the RED channel into the WHITE channel, you breathe out the impurities and the defilement of AGGRESSION. Do this three times and then breath in and out normally a few times, seeing the WHITE channel now as luminous and pure.

6. Now visualize Shushumna, the Central, spiritual, Channel. It is blue and the thickness of 2 small finger widths. Visualize that both the end of the WHITE and RED channels are inserted into the end of the Central Channel. Once you see this in your mind's eye, place your hands in your lap. Allow the back of the right hand to rest in the palm of the upturned left hand. The thumbs then touch to form a triangle. With your hands in this configuration, raise them enough to make it so that your navel is in the center of this triangle.

7. Breath in through both nostrils so that the pure, fresh air goes up through the nostrils, down through the RED and WHITE channels to the bottom entrance to the Central Channel.

8. As you exhale, feel this pure air cleansing the Central Channel and with it the defilement of IGNORANCE. You visualize that IGNORANCE and all of the impurities are pouring out of the region of your third eye.

9. Repeat this two more times. Then lower the hands into the lap and breath normally, experiencing the Central Channel as luminously blue, supple, and purified.

interesting

Thank you!

She talks about shame, empathy, vulnerability, fear, judgments, and courage. We could fond these on the chakra wheel and see what chakras is weak and do certain asanas to cope better. We are meant to tell our stories and in a culture of separation and judgment it does not fly well, hence people move into shame. Some move via vulnerability back and forth between empathy and shame. One could deconstruct this as well and be free but for the sake of pattern watching and learning to do things differently it is wise to be with all of these emotions, and embrace them. Invite them for tea just as Lord Buddha did with his demons.

not empty... but full we are when one

tonight, I simply love you too much
I can't even talk about YOU
to nobody -
who would understand this love
when I talk about you
you become less
in my longing for you
right now
I will soon merge with you
when you want - I have no I
in my non-dual stance
I do not mind a little separation
for then I love you even more
when we merge there will be
that bliss and joy which is the
base of the entire cosmological order
we are not empty together
but filled and full of love
here, all beings become lasting bliss
and all suffering goes forever
we are 1-love

sky song

clouds touch earth and the sky today
what is the mist that touches the earth?
what opens to reflect the rays of the Sun?
the sky song resonates of limitlessness kindness
see how beings watch the sky and listen -
allowing their being evolve to fly free
and just as the sun loves the sky -
so do we open...
for a show, a play of an endless panorama
of poetic healing sounds and pictures -
enchanted words of magic
and beautiful songs of power
gently carry you

learning came to answer a question

Buddhism and Sháuṋkara Philosophy

All Ástika or theistic Indian philosophies unanimously believe that Átman or unit consciousness is a continuous flow of Jiṋána or knowledge. This is called Vijiṋána in Páli. There is a continuous flow of Jiṋána, or in other words Jiṋána itself is a flow (Praváha). Every object in the universe has its own flow and wave or dynamic force. According to Yoga philosophy Paramátman or Supreme Consciousness is an infinite flow of Jiṋána.

Ekaḿ jiṋánam nityamádantashúnyamNányat kiḿcit varttate vastu satyam;Tayor bhedo’smin indriyopádhiná vaeJiṋánasyáyam bhásate nanyathaeva
. –Shiva Saḿhitá

Lord Buddha did not use the word Átman, hence there was a difference of opinion among the Bhikksus or Buddhist monks after his death. Three conferences were held to compile the Tripitaka or Buddhist scriptures and as a result the Tripitáka was compiled in three parts in Páli – Vinaya Pitáka or the practical side, Suttapitaka or the theoretical side and Abhidhamma Pitaka or the philosophical side.

All of these parts combined together were known as the Tripitaka and were called the Buddhist scriptures. The Bhikhus who patronized or supported the Sannyása Márga or the path of renunciation were not prepared to accept anything more than what was laid down in the Tripitaka, and hence they were called Sthavirávádii or Theravádii, the southern school of Buddhism. Those who were influenced by the Nyáya school of philosophy were called Mahásáḿghika or the northern school of Buddhism.

The word Páli originated from Pallii which means “rural”, rustic or unsophisticated. As Bhagaván Buddha preached in the language of common people, Hindu scholars called his language Bhákhá. Páli was also known as Páli Bháśa. The common people could not follow Saḿskrta which was the language of scholars only.

Later on the Mahásáḿghikas called themselves Maháyánii and they called the Sthaviravádiis Hiinayánii. But the Hiinayániis called themselves Theravádii. In India there was no state backing for Hiinayániis except at the time of the rulers Kaniska, and Vasiska, and hence the Hiinayána did not flourish. The Maháyána had state backing so it naturally had a larger number of followers. The philosophy of the Hiinayániis was preached in Ceylon, Burma, Siam, Java and Borneo, etc., whereas the philosophy of the Maháyániis was propagated in India, Siberia, Japan Tibet, etc.

There are four kinds of philosophical doctrines among the Maháyániis. The reason for this difference of opinion is Átman and its object. Bhagaván Buddha used the word “Attá” in Páli for Átman. The word Attá is also used in place of “Self”. The Bhikkhus could not understand the sense in which Bhagaván Buddha used the word Attá.

unusual grace and a sharing-beyond words

1. Chakra - Muladhara
We sensed the first chakra at the end if the spinal cord 2 inches from the anus. Here we envisioned the beloved gently caressing the Kundalini awake, the "force" of creation. We sang 5-minutes kiirtan and let her get up and stretch out.

2. Chakra - Svadishan
We are walking with the Beloved, whoever that is for you through the watery fields and we feel so close. we observe the moon in the water. Then we sang 5 minutes kiirtan to that chakra to open it.

3. Chakra - Manipura
We tell our friend everything, our secrets and nothing is hidden and we converse gently with each other, sharing everything. Then we sang 5 minutes kiirtan to that chakra to let it unfold. It is located at the spine behind the navel.

4. Chakra - Anahata
Here we just look at each other, and we share sweetest pure love without words in the most subtle way... Then we sing 5 minutes kiirtan to that chakra to let the mantra unfold awareness.

5. Chakra - Vishuddha
Here we feel as if we are twins. Our Beloved is so like us almost is us. We hardly can differentiate between each other and we do not know what separates us. We sang Kiirtan to our "Twin Beloved" for 5 minutes. The chakra is right at the Adama's apple above at the triangle in men but behind it.

6. Chakra - Ajna
Our body becomes or is the universe and every thought we think manifests. We are everybody and there us only "1".... not any second or other.... no I feeling any longer. We sang 5 minutes kiirtan to let this chakra blossom

7. Chakra Sahasrar
Here we are beyond shape, color, sound, and are pulled out. One step forward and we become pure awareness, one step backward and we continue to create though our thoughts. Which way do we go? You step forward and let yourself be pulled into... we sang kiirtan to this chakra for 5 minutes and some people fall into Samadhi...

"Nityam shuddham' nira'bha'sam' nira'ka'ram' nirainjanam Nityabodham' cida'nandam' Gururbrahma nama'myaham."
To that eternal, pure, unconceivable, formless, absolutely unblemished, omniscient, blissful Brahma, as Guru, I offer my salutations.

devotion is1

However hard I try to forget Him,
I am unable to do so.
My earnestness increases day by day
and the creeper of love becomes ever livelier.
The sky and ocean join together
to tell me to secretly speak about Him.
This restlessness,
so full of agony,
I am unable to forget.
The creeper whispers
into the ears of the stormy wind
that it is not the time for keeping quiet.
In dream,
sleep and alertness,
You convey to me
that unwritten sweetness.
(song in Bengali no 005 by Baba)

it is not this today but appreciated

D.H. Lawrence, his poem “Healing”:

I am not a mechanism, an assembly
of various sections.
And it is not because the mechanism
is working wrongly, that I am ill.
I am ill because of wounds to the
Soul, to the deep emotional self.
And the wounds to the Soul take a
long time, only time can help.
And patience, and a certain
difficult repentance, long
difficult repentance, realization
of life’s mistake, and the freeing of oneself
from the endless repetition of the mistake
which mankind at large has chosen to sanctify.

"At an emotional level one learns to operate in a way that filters out the extremes of depression and excitement. In summary, one acts to progressively remove all cognitive and emotional bias from one's experience. While these directives are given prominence in the Complete Fulfillment tradition, a related set of parameters occurs in the original teachings of Buddhism which recommends that we avoid being driven by the eight worldly aspirations; namely, loss and gain, pain and pleasure, fame and disrepute, praise and denigration." see

The principal assumption of deconstructive contemplation is that reality is created through our beliefs. This assumption allows us to see the constructed nature of our experience. This is an assumption which is itself deconstructed - leaving "reality-as-it-is". So in the final analysis, deconstructive contemplation is a "non-event". As the Perfect Wisdom (Prajnaparamita) tradition of Buddhism says, it is a radical teaching that is openly presented as a non-teaching. However, for as long as we figure that there is something we need to do, deconstructive contemplation fits the bill, for some at least, as a sophisticated tool for recovering that which we can neither gain nor lose. by Peter

Any genuine solution to our problem with lack involves overcoming this way of thinking about time and realizing something about the nature of the here and now. A spiritual life involves learning how to live in the here and now—and we’ve never been anywhere else, of course—rather than always living with reference to the future. On the other hand, we don’t want to get rid of time, either. In Zen practice there’s a paradox. On the one hand, we’re completely perfect right here and now. There’s nothing lacking in me or in the world right now, there’s absolutely nothing to gain, nowhere that we have to go. And yet, in order to realize that and, even more, in order to live in that way, we often have to engage in extraordinarily intensive practice. So, we’re trying to live in the present, but there’s a certain future orientation in the sense that most of us have to follow a spiritual path in order to realize that there’s absolutely nothing lacking now. If you just say, “Oh, I’m just here and now,” it doesn’t work. You need a practice in order to realize that here and now, otherwise we just get diverted, the mind becomes unfocused and wanders. And yet, if you become preoccupied with what you have gained or want to gain from that practice, then you lose what it is that you’re practicing for. Exactly the same paradox is true for socially engaged spirituality. Personally and socially we need both sides of it: The world is perfect just as it is now, and yet it also calls desperately for radical action. That paradox can’t be resolved in an intellectual or rational way, but it can be resolved in our practice, in how we actually live our lives. We need to realize something wholly healing about the here and now at the same time as we’re trying to develop in a fruitful direction. Does that make any sense? D. Loyconsciousness plays a melody of highest and deepest love
the music of the stars dance to the bend of the rainbow
the sound of the wind blows across the ocean to touch the sky
the whispers the calm song charges at the darkness of nights
flowers are and always will be the breathing heart of awareness

Liberate through satisfaction of mantra directed towards a chakra collectively

Here is my workshop on Samadhi.

Description of a workshop on emotions:

In the process of meditation, everyone has experienced the bubbling up of past thoughts and experiences which are often labeled distractions. However, all the thoughts that arise during meditation were created by us in the past. We have created them by our feeling of individuality, our sense of personal responsibility and our expectation of reward. Mantra circles are a means to move beyond self-imposed limits. In the past each thought was created hoping that it would satisfy our thirst for limitlessness. Different kinds of thoughts (and feelings) are associated with each cakra. The thoughts are still waiting, expecting to receive that satisfaction. The only way to satisfy every thought is by giving each thought, as it arises, the full energy of the mantra so it also can be liberated. When all of our thoughts are liberated, the "I" will also be liberated. Sitting in a circle, meditators sing the mantra directing the energy of the mantra, helping each other liberate their thoughts and facilitating every individual's progress. (By Dada Prana)

through our fiery hearts and willing hands
Help us love beyond our ideals
and sprout acts of compassion for all creatures.
Animate the earth within us: we then
feel the Wisdom underneath supporting all.
Untangle the knots within
so that we can mend our hearts' simple ties to each other.
Don't let surface things delude us,
But free us from what holds us back from our true purpose.
Out of you, the astonishing fire,
Returning light and sound to the cosmos.

Amen...

awareness is not talk

arisen from awareness
breathe in an all loving energy
this spirit can not be broken
it moves faster than the wind
moves beyond the golden Sun
within this presence
inhale a universe of gold
the part of it
which remains invisible
and can nowhere be found
not in thoughts...
nor words...
...emotion
...attraction...
...conditioning...
...concepts...
...this love...
is always there
in all that you are
watch the sky at the early morning day break
and bathe in the song of silvery sun-rays
look how the new days Sun
matches the inner rising Sun
listen to the new song
there is nowhere to go
nowhere to expand into
nothing to do
nowhere to be
but Here
everything is ready
everything is being done
to go nowhere
is
to be truly
HERE

...create universal openings through sound and dance!

sunbeam

sunbeam angel...
body temple
open windows
expand...
from where...
...to where?
“The Cosmic Entity alone is infinite and eternal. It alone is limitless. And the eternal longing of human beings for happiness can only be satiated by realization of the Infinite." Sarkar

intimite

meditate as the wind rushes through
expand your being to open
space embraces your heart - but hear
how new music echoes and unfolds
into a new song of the heart
the melody once forgotten
came back to life after a million years
no one knows how it came through to you
that place of causing the subtle expression
how can it be named and where can it be found?
except in our concepts, thoughts and condition
NOW - we see each other through the open eyes
of deep sea awareness... living in this way...
...we are in everything
and nowhere in particular... all at once
but NOW awareness wants to flow
in and through your clear sea hearts song
in this is embedded the seed of a benevolence
and the deep ocean of love and compassion
which takes in all situations - to be...
...intimate with

writing without thinking

pure awareness
unconditional presence
supreme consciousness
whatever you name the
un-nameable
is that which we are
which includes everything
every wave arises and falls
every thought and emotion is part
of the whole
we can observe and not act
and in this way control
the uncontrolled as..
awareness can't be controlled
life lives itself
aware and unaware
suffering and happiness
all happens
imagine not to manipulate
and accept and offer
what is presented
as a clearing and an
opening to all there is

create

in the cosmic ocean there is a kingdom of healing
from an unidentified place we cannot find
we listened to music of the spheres and we drink
that which cannot be identified
our thoughts paint galaxies
as we plant healing meadows
new songs are carried across the sky
our collective being creates music together
and creation becomes through the words we choose
with every song - we create new worlds
and in all of that creation
our own being is is small and large
and when we look for it
our life is nowhere to be found
we look for ourselves in the meadows
in the flowers, in the trees and the sky
and find nothing but vast empty space
our own being is always beyond reach
and so vast and wild and ever so free
our thoughts about life and love creates duality
but we can dress duality with the awareness of unity
and in every moment we plant new seeds
let them arise in any old way
but then, we also can plant highest love
and benevolence

flow

how can we touch pure awareness
but perhaps only with the deepest notion of love
that love and that awareness... is it not both... but ONE?
and then, how can it be set apart?
so how can we then touch awareness
with our deepest love and devotion?
the art we paint with our life
and that which arises and vanishes
that which absolutely has to manifest
sometimes is bonded together through thought
a thought to express the awareness of love
to become the highest good that awareness can give
which isn't goodness in the ordinary sense
but that what good is - is not that which is
... low or high... or just a sweet smile
but perhaps it manifests to reduce pain
for ourselves and others
there sure can be a preference
to not be able to accept
the world of suffering all around
even we ourselves learn deep down to rest
or let things go by on their own at best
it still is obvious that there is a notion
to embrace all there is and to be with those
who suffer any separation or loss
how would one know ... that it can be otherwise?
what then is benevolence? is it too just nothing?
but awareness and love is really one
and what is one but a word or concept, hence two?
but with that word benevolence...
... there is a spark arising...
and this spark is benevolence
it is HERE... right now... and why not?
let it be goodness... which heals
through gentleness
why not?
painting thoughts with awareness
from a force we do not know
we flow and enjoy colors
watch the dance of the sky light
light and colors flow together
sound echoes from a distance
the whispering turns into silence
and with that silence there is flow
flow and standstill and flow again
what song will be next?
what wave will be painted in gold
we still don't even know
and in not knowing there is freedom
and in our defenselessness we know
how liberating it is not needing to know
there is an acceptance so fine and so deep
as mind itself remains what it is
with all arising in no mind place
unperturbed settled in the ever new flow
and it's not even - peace
not even that...
what is it and what do we really know?

continue to plant and water your seeds
create a garden
for those who are ready to see
when the time is ripe
when the world wants to open
all falls into place
manifests as it wants to be
but for now
plant and water
ever more seeds
ever so new
it's your love
you see
it's your love
you see
we can see
we can see

no raod no path to be found ...

thoughts vanish into timeless consciousness
it is HERE that we rest in eternity
whatever you then think, say or do
affectionate being remains as the ever new
to unfold the waves of life as it has to be
you are the living proof of all that is
a living and loving flow to pour out
from here to there...
and from...
...everywhere to nowhere
embedded in a paradox
of the here and the now
may we relax?

wisdom

expand into awareness
flow into your moment
flow as loving essence
through that what is

nucleus of what?

Krsna also means "nucleus of the universe" and beyond that... the center is lost. In the meantime Krsna can be our hearts inner lover through which me merge into pure awareness... and there we rest and rest and rest... be whatever wants to be HERE - we let it all be... as is - accepted!
awareness arises from oneness into many and back
we too can write our story across the universe
...through our heart or our thoughts...
and then, we likewise...
...we can take it all back
we can send out our good intentions and accept
...what wants to come... not feeding the rest
...and there is no fear of coming and going and death
we heal our being through rest...
...in pure awareness at best
we can touch others through our being
by simply lettings things be as just THIS
and, unless obvious... we can act or just rest
when the healing breeze of awareness manifests
...today perhaps as highest and deepest lovingness...
see how it can clear... the sky and earth from all pain
then... when life comes and goes... as it pleases...
all are at their happiest and at their very best
you may share this pure love...
as nothing more and nothing less

love

let awareness carry your moment
rise through the sky
leap over rainbows
move past the Sun
there is a breeze
which carries you along
as consciousness

awaiting

being quiet - silence sets in
in a world of creation
the sweetness of life presents itself
the movements of mind flow gently
at peace with what is
in touch with all of this
sounds and colors dance
with the ocean of life
with that which is not
and that which just issink into silence
how much deeper can this get?
before all sound what was the story?
before all music what was the dance?
what was awareness before what?
the oneness of all of this
can we tell what it really is?
just close your eyes
as silence awaits you
trust that what this is
it will become its own

Power songs for this Happy Day

travel through your mind
clearing out all thoughts
sink into the ordinary
committed to consciousness
all shadows of pain and hurt
are nothing and never were much
as even they can be there
as your heart grows in love
so is everything else embraced
and all this is embedded in bliss
and beyond that not even that
we don't know even then
what was that and where have I been
it's not like you would think "this is it"
awareness can not be thought about

and a Happy Day Joke:
A friend told me a silly joke this morning from a comedy book called "Letters from a Nut." ... Ok, here it comes: the person wrote a letter to a Hotel in Amsterdam and said that he has written a play called "Hamsterdam," and he wants to stay at their Hotel and bring about a hundred hamsters along. They wrote back and said it would not be possible. So he wrote again and said he is changing the name of his play to "Amsterclam" and would be bringing a few hundred clams with him and would they please make the necessary preparations to take care of them? -

patience

open yourself to the world
unafraid
do not hide nor be stopped
climb to the mountaintop... to touch the sky
no need to separate
the weak from the strong
the earth from the sky
see all things equal before your eyes
hold hands with the sky and sing loud
carry your song of oneness to the stars
for all to hear
highest calling and aspirations
asks to let the whispers come and go
in solitude get ready to prepare
for a journey not knowing where
walk away from nothing to bliss...
into another place deeper than this?
what is life presenting now?
trusting the space and arising
what comes and what goes
will also return
when the timing is right

to friends

part of my wanting was
to be seen as more than mere gender
to be seen for the heart
be truth from a place of letting
others be... and being accepted as me
the gender thing sometimes is
such a limitation
such a conditioning
such a jail
can we move beyond
to pure this...
i am not gender nor even this
see my good intention
freed from the bondage of a cocoon
emerges in brilliant colors
rising in ever so beautiful ways
with the course set to experience
love in all it’s glory and full truth
embraces creation once more
embrace friendship and all ups and downs
fully in all ways... there will be love
just because - embrace this love
or its your loss for this love is for free
and accept creation
as is
feel the love as all creation
sink into consciousness of oneness
as the universe dances in rhythm
with your breath and heartbeat
lay yourself across the altar of your own heart
in your sweetest of sweetest moments
you can live with knowing nothing
and knowing everything... all at once
the love we exude is known to the universe
compassion and kindness always feeds
those who feel hungry and lonely
we anoint all with the softness
and understanding of what it is
we really are
