travel through your mind
clearing out all thoughts
sink into the ordinary
committed to consciousness
all shadows of pain and hurt
are nothing and never were much
as even they can be there
as your heart grows in love
so is everything else embraced
and all this is embedded in bliss
and beyond that not even that
we don't know even then
what was that and where have I been
it's not like you would think "this is it"

and a Happy Day Joke:
A friend told me a silly joke this morning from a comedy book called "Letters from a Nut." ... Ok, here it comes: the person wrote a letter to a Hotel in Amsterdam and said that he has written a play called "Hamsterdam," and he wants to stay at their Hotel and bring about a hundred hamsters along. They wrote back and said it would not be possible. So he wrote again and said he is changing the name of his play to "Amsterclam" and would be bringing a few hundred clams with him and would they please make the necessary preparations to take care of them? -
