The "truth" about judging is that we might choose not to judge others for judging us. We in return often judge others for judging us. It is crazy to run around telling others, "you are judging me and that is very bad of you," but that is just what we tend to do. If we really don't judge, then we also don't care. If we don't judge then there is no need for us to be concerned. There is nothing wrong with disagreeing or pointing out things which are harmful but these days people often tend to point out that others are judging when others merely are constructive in sharing their critical observations.
